These terms cover your use of starthingvalley.com, which Star Thing LLC runs. They don't cover buying or selling property: only a signed purchase agreement does that. Last updated October 23, 2026.

This site is information, not an offer

This site explains how we work. Nothing on it, and no number we mention by phone, text or email, is an offer or a contract. Our offer is the written purchase agreement we send you to sign, and nothing is binding until a written purchase agreement is signed by every owner and by Star Thing LLC.

Our tools give estimates only

Our seller tools use the numbers and answers you enter and general information. They give estimates and general information only. They aren't an offer, an appraisal, or legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing you type in them leaves your browser.

State information

Our state pages quote our contract and the notices we use in each state as of when we last reviewed them. Our standard contract shown on /contract was last revised October 27, 2026. Laws change. Each law we name links to its official text, and the official text controls. Nothing on this site is legal advice; talk to an attorney about your situation.

We're not brokers

Star Thing LLC is not a licensed real estate broker or agent and doesn't represent you. This solicitation is not from a licensed real estate professional.

Privacy and accessibility

Using the site

Please don't try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or use it to send spam. Links to other sites, such as official statute sites, are for your information; we don't control those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Nothing in them limits any right you have under a law that can't be waived.
